This panel presentation provides an overview of San Bernardino County Department of Aging and Adult Services- Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) Adult Protective Services (APS) Strike Team- a collaborative program to facilitate efficient and strategic assistance to individuals impacted by homelessness and other catastrophic events, such as weather-related catastrophes and mass evictions. The presentation will include case studies, an interactive exercise, and a discussion on 1) the purpose of the APS Strike Team, 2) development and training curricula, 3) foundational tools for supervisory and management teams, 4) implementation, 5) partnership development, and 6) the replication process.
