Mobile Work Operations for Adult Protective Services (APS) Social Workers Share Pacific E

The goal is to highlight the effectiveness of transitioning APS traditional field units to mobile teams to improve social workers’ investigation processes and enhance service outcomes for older adults, especially at a time when the use of mobile workforce has become more prevalent in many organizations due to the ongoing pandemic.
